I’m a cleaner, and I’m not going to dress that up in business language — I clean homes, and I’m good at it. I’ve kept a busy house running for most of my life, I notice the corners other people skim, and there is very little in this world as satisfying to me as leaving a room properly, genuinely clean.
The Bonny Broom is just me. That’s a deliberate choice, not a stepping stone — I’m not building a rota of strangers to send round in my place. The person you meet at the first visit is the person who cleans your home every time after, which is exactly how I’d want it if someone had a key to mine.
Your home treated like mine
Shoes off if that's your house rule, ornaments back where they live, and the door locked properly behind me. It's your home — I just help it stay lovely.
Reliability you can set a clock by
Same day, same time, and plenty of warning if a holiday changes anything. If I say I'll be there, I'm there.
Straight talk about money
Prices agreed before I start, and if a job needs more time than you're paying for, I'll say so rather than rush it.
Discretion, always
What I see in your home stays in your home. No photos without asking, no gossip, no exceptions.
Why “Bonny Broom”?
Because round here, when something’s lovely, it’s bonny.
A bonny home is one that’s cared for — warm, welcoming, nice to come back to. And the broom? Brooms were once cut from the broom plant, yellow flowers and all. A working tool with a bit of bloom on it felt about right.
